On Sunday night, the Chicago Bulls played the Milwaukee Bucks (at home) at the United Center.
The Bulls won by a score of 120-97.
Josh Giddey finished the victory with 20 points, 14 rebounds, ten assists, two steals and one block while shooting 7/14 from the field and 5/11 from three-point range in 32 minutes of playing time.
Josh Giddey Made Chicago Bulls History Against Bucks
During the game, Giddey also made Bulls history.
The NBA wrote, “Josh Giddey 🤝 Scottie Pippen In today’s win, Josh Giddey (20p, 14r, 10a) recorded his 15th career triple-double in the regular season with the Bulls, tying Scottie Pippen for the second-most in franchise history. Only Michael Jordan (28) has more 🤯”
Giddey is in his second year playing for the Bulls.
He is currently averaging 17.8 points, 8.2 rebounds, 8.4 assists, and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 45.8% from the field and 37.2% from three-point range in 40 games.

With their victory over the Bucks, the Bulls are now 25-36 in 61 games, which has them as the 12th seed in the Eastern Conference.
They have won just one out of their last ten games.
Following the Bucks, the Bulls will play their next game on Tuesday night when they remain at home to host the Oklahoma City Thunder at the United Center.

Giddey posted a career best 8th triple-double of the season, and in doing so ties Scottie Pippen for the 2nd most triple-doubles in Bulls history with 15.”
As for the Bucks, they dropped to 26-33 in 59 games, which has them as the 11th seed in the Eastern Conference.
They are in the middle of a two-game losing skid (but have still won six out of ten).
Following the Bulls, the Bucks will play their next game on Monday night when they host the Boston Celtics in Wisconsin.
ESPN’s Olgun Uluc added another note about Giddey, “It’s Giddey’s 8th triple-double of the season, which is third in the NBA. He also tied his career-high with 5 made three-pointers.”
The Bulls are coming off a season where they lost in the play-in tournament.
They last made the NBA playoffs in 2022.
