With the 2026 NBA trade deadline rapidly approaching (Thursday at 3 p.m. ET), many teams are already wheeling and dealing. Rather than waiting until the last minute, the fireworks kicked off earlier than usual with multiple deals going down in the days leading up to the deadline. This tracker will be updated with every trade ahead of the deadline.

February 5
- Boston Celtics and Charlotte Hornets complete a trade. The Hornets get Xavier Tillman Sr. and $3.5 million in the deal.
- Charlotte Hornets and Dallas Mavericks complete a trade. The Hornets get Malaki Branham; the Mavericks get Tyus Jones.
- Los Angeles Clippers and Indiana Pacers complete a trade. The Pacers get Ivica Zubac and Kobe Brown; the Clippers get Bennedict Mathurin, Isaiah Jackson, two first-round picks, and one second-round pick.
- Philadelphia 76ers and Memphis Grizzlies complete a trade. The Grizzlies get Eric Gordon and a 2032 second-round pick swap.
- Boston Celtics and Brooklyn Nets complete a trade. The Nets get Josh Minott.
- Denver Nuggets and Brooklyn Nets complete a trade. The Nets get Hunter Tyson and a 2032 second-round pick; the Nuggets get the lesser favorable of a Clippers/Hawks 2026 second-round pick.
- New Orleans Pelicans and New York Knicks complete a trade. The Knicks get Jose Alvarado; the Pelicans get Dalen Terry, two second-round picks, and cash.
- Milwaukee Bucks and Phoenix Suns complete a trade. The Bucks get Nick Richards and Nigel Hayes-Davis; the Suns get Cole Anthony and Amir Coffey. Later on Thursday, this became a three-team deal involving Chicago Bulls. The Bulls get Richards; the Bucks get Ousmane Dieng.
- Boston Celtics and Utah Jazz complete a trade. The Jass get Chris Boucher.
- Atlanta Hawks and Los Angeles Lakers complete a trade. The Hawks get Gabe Vincent and a second-round draft pick; the Lakers get Luke Kennard.
- Chicago Bulls and Minnesota Timberwolves complete a trade. The Bulls get Rob Dillingham, Leonard Miller, and four second-round picks; the Timberwolves get Ayo Dosunmu and Julian Phillips.
February 4
- New York Knicks and Chicago Bulls complete a trade. The Knicks get F Dalen Terry; the Bulls get F Guerschon Yabusele.
- Golden State Warriors and Atlanta Hawks complete a trade. The Warriors get C Kristaps Porzingis; the Hawks get F Jonathan Kuminga and G Buddy Hield.
- Golden State Warriors and Toronto Raptors complete a trade. The Raptors get C Trayce Jackson-Davis; the Warriors get a 2026 second-round pick by way of the Los Angeles Lakers.
- Orlando Magic and Charlotte Hornets complete a trade. The Hornets get G Tyus Jones; the Magic get cash considerations.
- Utah Jazz, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Atlanta Hawks completed a three-team trade. The Jazz get G Lonzo Ball and cash considerations; the Hawks get C Jock Landale; and the Cavaliers get two second-round picks.
- Brooklyn Nets, Los Angeles Clippers, and Toronto Raptors completed a three-team trade. The Raptors get G Chris Paul; the Nets get G Ochai Agbaji and a second-round pick; the Clippers get the draft rights to Vanja Marinkovic.
- Chicago Bulls, Charlotte Hornets, and Oklahoma City Thunder agreed to a three-team trade. The Bulls get G Collin Sexton, F Ousmane Dieng, 2029 second-round pick (least favorable of DEN or CHA), 2031 second-round pick (NYK), and 2031 second-round pick (DEN); the Hornets get G Coby White, G Mike Conley Jr., and 2029 second-round pick (most favorable of ATL or MIA); the Thunder get C Mason Plumlee, who was waived.
- Oklahoma City Thunder and Philadelphia 76ers agreed to a trade. The Thunder get G Jared McCain; the 76ers get 2026 first-round pick (from HOU), 2027 second-round pick (most favorable of picks from OKC/HOU/IND/MIA), and two 2028 second-round picks (from OKC, MIL).
