Steph Curry made NBA history during Sunday's game between the Atlanta Hawks and Golden State Warriors.

On Sunday evening, the Golden State Warriors played the Atlanta Hawks at the Chase Center in San Francisco.

The Warriors lost by a score of 124-111.

Steph Curry finished the loss with 31 points, three rebounds and five assists while shooting 11/21 from the field and 3/11 from three-point range in 33 minutes of playing time.

In addition to his 31-point night, Curry also made history.

Curry is still one of the best 15 players in the NBA at 37.

He is currently averaging 28.8 points, 3.8 rebounds, 4.7 assists and 1.2 steals per contest while shooting 47.0% from the field and 39.1% from three-point range in 30 games.

With their loss to the Hawks, the Warriors dropped to 21-19 in 40 games, which has them as the eighth seed in the Western Conference.

They have gone 6-4 over their last ten games (and are 13-6 at home).

Following the Hawks, the Warriors will play their next game on Tuesday when they host the Portland Trail Blazers.

As for the Hawks, they improved to 20-21 in 41 games, which has them as the ninth seed in the Eastern Conference.

They are in the middle of a three-game winning streak (and 13-10 on the road).

Following the Warriors, the Hawks will play their next game on Tuesday when they visit LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers.
