It hasn’t even been a year yet since the Los Angeles Lakers were able to pull off the shocking blockbuster trade to acquire superstar guard Luka Dončić, but it’s safe to say that he’s already won over the fans, coaching staff, and his teammates.
Along with having a career year in his first full season with the Lakers, Dončić has shown that he can be as much of a superstar off the court as he is on it. The 26-year-old has proven to be incredibly generous, and that was never more apparent than it was this week, as he surprised his Lakers teammates with Christmas gifts.

Luka Dončić Surprises Lakers Teammates With Christmas Gifts
On Wednesday, the Lakers posted a video on social media of Dončić surprising all his teammates, along with the coaching staff, with high-end e-bikes, namely the Pedal All-Wheel Drive S model, which resulted in his teammates smiling from ear to ear, and they tested out the bikes outside of the team’s practice facility in El Segundo.

Apparently, Dončić spared no expense in taking care of his teammates and the Lakers’ coaching staff, as he spent an eye-popping $3,650 per e-bike, which cost over $375,000, according to DraftKings Sportsbook.

There’s no question that Dončić has become pretty popular with his new team, as he has no problem spoiling the people around him while also turning the Lakers back into a potential title contender in the Western Conference during the 2025-26 NBA season.
Heading into Thursday’s matchup against the Utah Jazz at the Detla Center in Salt Lake City, the Lakers are sporting an impressive record of 18-7, which has Los Angeles tied for third place in the Western Conference standings with the San Antonio Spurs and sitting behind the defending NBA champion Oklahoma City Thunder (24-2) and Nikola Jokić’s Denver Nuggets (19-6).
The Lakers have won seven of their last 10 games and will play the next three games on the road, leading up to the Christmas Day showdown against the Houston Rockets at Crypto.com Arena.
Dončić will face the Jazz on Thursday and then will take on Kawhi Leonard’s Los Angeles Clippers at the Intuit Dome, followed by the third matchup of the season against the Suns, which will be played in Phoenix at the Mortgage Matchup Center.
