WWE NXT Talent Fires Shots at Jacob Fatu in Series of Confrontational Tweets

What started as a passing fan enquiry on social media has escalated into one of the more intriguing real-life tensions in recent WWE memory. NXT superstar Keanu Carver recently fired shots at the reigning WWE United States Champion, Jacob Fatu.

Soon, the original post was deleted by the NXT breakout superstar, but the screenshots began circulating across the WWE Universe.

Keanu Carver Fires Shots at Jacob Fatu Amid Rumored Real-Life Tension

After a fan mentioned “The Samoan Werewolf’ Fatu during a Q&A, Carver fired back on his X account, stating that the reigning US Champion is scared of him and he won’t back down before him.

“Heard he got a problem with me but he ain’t say nun to me = he scared of me, y’all figure out what y’all think tho.” Carver wrote on his X. Though the tweet was quickly deleted, Carver double-downed with another post, tweeting: “Regardless, I stand on business — if you got a problem with me, get up with me.”

The fans are still figuring out what the main source of Carver’s beef with Fatu is, given that both wrestlers work for different brands on television. Fans speculate that one possible reason for this outburst is the personal friction between the two superstars, and some even speculate that there’s a deeper cultural undertone to it, pointing to possible discomfort over Carver’s presentation and perceived appropriation of Samoan culture.

For now, there’s no official word from the United States Champion; however, with his dominant presence on SmackDown and Carver’s rising stock in NXT, these two clashing under the same lights, inside the same ring is not a far-fetched possibility.

Jacob Fatu Showed Shades of Turning On the Bloodline Leader Solo Sikoa

In the recent edition of Friday Night SmackDown, the new Bloodline kicked off the show. As usual, the Samoan Werewolf accompanied Sikoa to the ring. During the segment, Sikoa thanked Fatu, stating that he is grateful that, after Roman Reigns’ disappointing loss at WrestleMania 41, he is glad that the United States championship is in the Bloodline.

However, later in the segment, Sikoa really started pinning down Fatu to say “I love you” to him, to say it like he used to say. And, in that moment, the camera pans to the Champ’s face, who visibly looks uncomfortable. It almost felt like that Fatu was going to attack his Bloodline leader; however, the segment was cut short, all thanks to LA Knight’s surprise attack.
