Professional wrestling isn’t something that people can do forever due to the toll it takes on the body inside the ring. That’s why many wrestlers look to create another career for themselves in the long term, and Seth Rollins has certainly done just that.
While some wrestlers try to branch out with podcasts, and others attempt to become movie stars, when it comes to Rollins, it’s his passion for coffee that led him into the business world of opening his own coffee shop.
Seth Rollins is Ready to challenge Starbucks
Given that Rollins gets to travel the world, he has had the opportunity to sample a wide variety of different coffees, which is something that he takes full advantage of. Rollins is a known coffee connoisseur, often enjoying a drink with former WWE Superstar Claudio Castagnoli.
However, he felt that his home state lacked any real quality, and that opened up an opportunity for him. Rollins saw a gap in the market, and he chose to exploit it, which has proven to be a great idea.
His love of the drink inspired him to create his own coffee shop, which is called “392Dport” and can be found in his hometown of Davenport, Iowa, for any wrestling fans keen to check it out.
The location is interesting. It’s at 392 Caffe and is connected to Rollins’s wrestling school, “Black and Brave Wrestling Academy,” which is another source of revenue for The Visionary. Rollins links everything together for himself.
He partnered with Jay and Jenna Sanders to open the shop, and he hasn’t stopped there either, as Rollins has since opened another one, which is located in Utica Ridge.
Why Seth Rollins Wanted a Coffee Shop?
Owning a coffee shop isn’t just something that Rollins has done to earn a little extra money, but instead it’s a genuine passion project of his, as he revealed in an Instagram post when he opened his second store.
He said, “A few years back, I made it my mission to figure out how to help my hometown level up in the coffee game. To say that the little shop on the corner of 3rd and Scott has been a success would be a massive understatement.”
For Rollins, it’s all about providing the highest-quality coffee possible to the local area and giving people the opportunity to sample some of the finest coffee.
