Travis Scott became part of a historic moment in the pro wrestling industry back in March: John Cena’s heel turn. Scott further assisted Cena at WrestleMania 41 to become the Undisputed WWE Champion. It appears his in-ring debut will be alongside the Last Real Champion.
Six-Man Tag Featuring Travis Scott Pitched for WWE Money in the Bank
Cena successfully defended the WWE title against Randy Orton at Backlash. He is due for a non-title contest against R-Truth at Saturday Night’s Main Event. After this Saturday, the next major show is Money in the Bank, scheduled for June 7.
The Last Real Champion has a rich history at Money in the Bank. While there was speculation that CM Punk or Roman Reigns could face him, “PWInsider” has reported that there was a pitch that would see Cena team up with Logan Paul and Scott to wrestle Cody Rhodes and the Usos.

Interestingly, Cena and “Main Event” Jey are currently in possession of the WWE world titles. They kicked off this year as the runner-up and winner of the Men’s Royal Rumble, respectively. Both Uso and Cena won their respective belts at WrestleMania last month.
It remains to be seen how they get booked for this match, as there aren’t many dates left before the PLE.
What’s the Story Between Cena, Scott, and Rhodes?
At Elimination Chamber on March 1, Scott joined Cena and The Rock to destroy Cody Rhodes. The image of all three men outside the ring, staring at a battered and bloodied American Nightmare, had to be seen to be believed. However, WWE has not given much explanation about why.
Perhaps this, along with the Final Boss’ no-show at the Show of Shows, turned fans off to the Cena vs. Rhodes storyline. Scott did, however, make an appearance at Allegiant Stadium. The American Nightmare got some measure of revenge over Scott, but then Cena won the WWE title.
Speculation arose about who should face Cena during his farewell tour, and Rhodes’ name came up. They were both featured on the SummerSlam poster, evoking curiosity.
The Final Boss Confirms Scott’s WWE In-Ring Future
After Scott attacked Rhodes at Elimination Chamber and stood beside The Rock and Cena, speculations arose regarding his future in the business.
When asked if Scott could wrestle in a match during the Elimination Chamber post-show press conference, The Rock said, “Yes, absolutely. That’s why we’re doing it. Long gaming. I love Travis. That’s my guy.”
