There have been many instances where WWE superstars have proved themselves to be heroes, not only inside the ring but also outside. One remarkable name was Shad Gaspard, who almost gave up his life to save his son from drowning in the ocean. A similar instance happened with a renowned WWE Hall of Famer who managed to save her child.

In a recent edition of “The Nikki and Brie Show”, WWE legend Brie Bella revealed she saved her son, Buddy Dessert, from drowning in a swimming pool. Bella stated that another child threw something into the deep end of the pool and asked Buddy to fetch it. He did so, but began to drown instead.
This led Bella’s daughter, Birdie, to shout out loud for help. The Bella Twin, amidst a conversation with five people, noticed and jumped straight into the deep end to save her child. However, she did admit that it was a terrifying experience.
Brie said, “Is he gonna swim like, did he get the confidence to swim or something? Nope. And then Birdie’s like ‘he’s drowning’ so dramatic. So I sprint and jump into the deep end blow out and all, I mean clothes, everything. Good thing I was barefooted, you know? I sprint, I was in literally in the middle of a conversation with five adults five and I was talking and I just sprint and I grab him and we come up. It’s crazy how quick that stuff can happen. So terrifying.”
The former WWE Divas Champion’s actions proved heroic, as she and her entire family avoided a major catastrophe. Moreover, it would have been a lesson for her son, Buddy, to be more careful next time around a swimming pool.
Brie Bella’s Sister Made Her Return to WWE Television
While Bella continues to be away from WWE live television, her sister and fellow WWE Hall of Famer, Nikki Bella, returned on the Jun. 9 episode of Monday Night RAW. It was the fallout edition for the Money in the Bank Premium Live Event.
The Fearless One came out to the ringside, much to the ovation of her hometown crowd of Phoenix, Arizona, in the PHX Arena. She reflected on the upcoming all-women’s PLE, WWE Evolution 2, and some top names in the current women’s division.

This led to the arrival of Liv Morgan, who felt disrespected that Bella did not mention her name in that conversation. Morgan had some heated words for her and even dropped a reference about her divorce. Following more comments as Bella was leaving, she turned back and was met by an Oblivion from The Miracle Kid, possibly setting the stage for a feud.
