The May 12 episode of Monday Night Raw kicked off with CM Punk grabbing the mic for the first time since WrestleMania 41 in Kentucky. During his entrance, he paid tribute to wrestling legend Sabu. But once he started talking, things quickly turned chaotic. In the middle of it all, Seth Rollins threw shade at an AEW star who once feuded with Punk.
Seth Rollins Is Not Punk’s Main Concern Right Now
While speaking to the WWE Universe live on Raw, Punk said there’s one person “who’s got a fat bullet with their name on it.” He revealed that it’s not Rollins, not Paul Heyman—but himself. Punk said, “Fool me once, shame on you, but fool me twice? Shame on me.”

As Punk explained his feelings, Heyman, Rollins, and Bron Breakker interrupted him, leading to a fiery face-off. That clash then brought out Sami Zayn and World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso, heating up the segment even more.
Seth Rollins Thinks CM Punk Likes to Play Victim
During the back-and-forth, Rollins told Punk, “I see what this is about. You always like to play the victim.” This was a reference to Punk’s time in AEW when he had issues with Jack Perry over using real glass during a match.
For those unfamiliar, Perry brought out a car and slammed Punk onto the windshield. After the spot, Perry looked into the camera and said, “Real glass. Go cry me a river.”
Rollins’ calling Punk a victim was a nod to AEW fans who remember that moment.
The chaos didn’t stop there. The segment ended in a brawl between Punk, Zayn, and Uso versus Rollins, Breakker, and Heyman. In the end, Punk’s side overpowered them, and the trio of Rollins, Breakker, and Heyman retreated once again.
