Ron Killings vs Mr. Iguana? R-Truth and AAA Star’s Merch Goes Head-to-Head in WWE Sales Race

The wrestling universe this past weekend witnessed two major premium live events: WWE x AAA Worlds Collide and Money in the Bank. Two superstars who captured everyone’s attention at these events were Mr. Iguana and Ron Killings (fka R-Truth), whose merchandise sales have spiked dramatically following the shows.

Sudden Surge in R-Truth and Mr. Iguana’s Merchandise Sales

A six-man tag team match on Saturday kicked off Worlds Collide, where Iguana teamed up with Aero Star and Octagón Jr. against Lince Dorado, Cruz del Toro, and Dragon Lee. Iguana, with his unique wrestling style and trusted companion La Yeska (his pet), helped his team to win the bout.

His wrestling gear and unique style stole the show. Fans rushed to the WWE store after the event to purchase his merchandise, causing a sudden spike in sales. His shirt, in particular, was reported to perform exceptionally well at their store.

Given the buzz and excitement surrounding Iguana among WWE fans, it wouldn’t be surprising to see him appear on WWE shows in the future or possibly join NXT. He’s predicted to have a bright future with the company, considering his unique character and reported promotional abilities.

Another star whose merchandise sales are on fire is Ron Killings. Earlier, the news about the veteran’s departure had created significant backlash for the company, and the fans’ support was crucial in WWE’s decision to bring him back at Money in the Bank, where he attacked John Cena during the main event tag team match.

He has signed a new contract with the company and will now work under his real name, Ron Killings. Following his shocking comeback in Los Angeles, his relaunched merchandise sales are booming.

Ron Killings Addressed His Return on RAW

This week’s RAW was a thrilling episode where, immediately after Bayley’s return and attack on Becky Lynch (who had previously attacked her before WrestleMania 41), the surprises continued as Ron Killings appeared at the announcers’ table to address his return.

He officially announced his return under his original name, “Ron Killings,” and even cut his hair to make it clear he won’t be the same R-Truth fans knew before. He’ll be different this time around, and fans are excited to explore the changes he’ll surprise them with, as well as discover which stars he’ll face in the coming weeks. Could Iguana be on the list?

Iguana and Killings’ merchandise are currently among the best-selling items at the WWE store. Both wrestlers are trending right now, and with rumors that the AAA star could be called up to the WWE roster, many are wondering if he’ll cross paths with Killings. Both are extremely popular these days, and a match between them would definitely be something fans would love to watch.
