Jey Uso is no longer the World Heavyweight Champion, as his title reign lasted less than a couple of months on RAW.
The Yeet Master dethroned Gunther at WrestleMania 41 in mid-April, but The Ring General came back and reclaimed the title on the June 9 episode of RAW, with the former champion being at ringside after the match next to his son and watching Gunther celebrate his triumph.
Jey Uso’s Son Disappointed After His Father’s Title Loss On RAW
The Yeet Master’s son checked up on his father after his title match was over and was visibly upset as The Ring General reclaimed the World Title and became the new World Heavyweight Champion.
Uso’s son was by his father’s side for weeks and especially during his title run after WrestleMania 41, but the RAW superstar didn’t hold the World Heavyweight Championship for a very long time.
The Yeet Master will now look to recover and get back on track to get a title opportunity soon. Uso could be the mystery fourth member of next week’s Fatal 4-Way against Rusev, Sheamus, and Bronson Reed for a spot in the semi-finals of the King of the Ring Tournament, with the Finals taking place at Night of Champions in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on Saturday, June 28.

Could Goldberg Be Next In Line for The World Heavyweight Championship?
As Uso is not expected to get a shot at the title soon, a WWE legend could be next in line to challenge Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship on RAW.
This WWE legend could be Goldberg, who is preparing for his retirement match, which is expected to be against The Ring General after the two started a feud at Bad Blood back in early October.
“At my age you obviously have to do a lot of different things to get yourself prepared for what I’m about to embark upon. It’s uncharted water because not many people my age have done that. Not just showing up to show up, I need to show up and be me. I’ve tapped into me a little bit more as of late. My training, with all my injuries and with my age, you know, it makes it extremely difficult to get prepared without going overboard,” Goldberg recently said regarding his preparation for his retirement match.
If the two are to collide for the championship, the WWE legend should be on RAW next week to confront Gunther.
