Logan Paul made his WWE debut in April 2022, and since then, he has participated in many high-stakes matches, creating viral moments with his athletic moves. However, he has also developed many haters — both in the crowd and in the locker room — as some believe he has been handed opportunities without proving himself.
Amid his feud with AJ Styles and fan speculation about a potential match between them at WrestleMania 41, Paul recently shared a video on his YouTube channel that made many fans wonder if his WWE career is coming to an end.
WWE Executive To Fire Logan Paul?
During the March 10 episode of “Monday Night Raw,” Paul was filming a vlog backstage, which included a conversation with WWE executive director Bruce Prichard. The YouTuber/former United States Champion asked Prichard if he could be the one to fire him if WWE ever decided to let him go.
“If they do ever fire me, please can you do it? Because I would not even be mad,” Paul said.
Prichard didn’t hesitate to express his enthusiasm for the idea, responding that he would be happy to fire him — and would even insist on doing so: “I’d be happy to. And you know what? Actually, I would insist on it. ‘Logan, you really disappointed me, but you’re a good kid, and I think you’re gonna be alright. Good luck.'” Prichard said.
For a moment, The Maverick looked worried, as if the exchange felt a little too real. However, Prichard quickly clarified that he wasn’t serious.
Paul’s Feud With AJ Styles
Paul’s latest vlog also covered his heated segment with comedian Andrew Schulz and AJ Styles. During his promo, he approached Schulz, who was present in the crowd, to ask why he was at Madison Square Garden, expecting to hear something positive about himself.
However, Schulz bluntly responded that he was there to watch the steel cage match between Seth Rollins and CM Punk. He also said that no one was there to see Paul and added that he wanted to see Styles instead. These comments infuriated The Maverick, who dragged Schulz into the ring.
Soon, The Phenomenal One arrived to save the comedian and forced Paul to retreat after a beatdown. Later, on the Post-Raw show, Styles spoke about him, sharing his belief that The Maverick hasn’t earned his opportunities like the rest of the WWE roster.
“It’s like giving your kids everything they want before they even work for anything,” AJ Styles said. “They’re spoiled, right? And I would say it’s kind of the same thing with Logan Paul. He thinks he can just step into a WWE ring — not an independent wrestling ring like the rest of us did. Or at least train at the PC [WWE PErformance Center] for a while.”
“He has done none of that and still thinks he belongs here. We’ve paid our dues.”
As WrestleMania 41 approaches, fans are eagerly awaiting an official announcement about their potential match. If it happens, will Paul prove himself against The Phenomenal One, or will Styles teach him a hard lesson in the ring?
It should have never started!
If I did become a wrestler, I’d actually do the PC first and train as much as can before being allowed to wrestle and not be handed something without trying and working hard to get, unlike Paul, and quite frankly I’d be over the moon if and when Paul gets fired
