Bubba Ray Dudley Makes Bold Prediction That These 2 AEW Stars Will End Up in WWE 1 Day

While WWE is the biggest show in town, there are plenty of top-tier talents over in All Elite Wrestling. AEW is home to stars like Mercedes Moné, Will Ospreay, Swerve Strickland, Hangman Adam Page, Adam Cole, and MJF.

Some of them — like Moné, Strickland, and Cole — have competed in WWE before. Moné, formerly known as Sasha Banks, was one of the top women’s wrestlers in the company. Strickland and Cole were mostly part of NXT but have found main event success in AEW.

For others who haven’t been in WWE yet, many believe they could make an impact if they did. And for one tag team legend, he sees two AEW stars who could eventually make their way over to the other brand.

Bubba Ray Dudley Predicts MJF and Hangman Adam Page Will Join WWE 1 Day

WWE tag team legend Bubba Ray Dudley is never shy about sharing his opinions and regularly makes his voice heard on the “Busted Open” podcast and X.

Recently, Dudley took to X to talk about two AEW stars currently in a feud — Hangman Adam Page and MJF. Dudley said he believes both wrestlers will make great additions to the WWE roster one day.

“Can’t wait till, one day, both of them go to WWE, learn the correct way and become stars.”

Superstars switching companies is nothing new in wrestling, but MJF has hinted at the idea of leaving for WWE multiple times during his AEW run. Will he actually make the jump? That remains to be seen.

Where Would Page and MJF Fit in WWE?

WWE has a stacked roster, and adding Page and MJF would shake things up. It’s highly unlikely either man would start in NXT, so where would they land on the main roster?

By all accounts, Page seems like a great fit for SmackDown. The SmackDown brand has long been known for a faster-paced, hard-hitting style — exactly the kind of wrestling Page excels in.

Seeing Page mix it up with Damian Priest, Drew McIntyre, Jacob Fatu, Roman Reigns, and others on SmackDown would be exciting. He has enough talent to stand out and not get lost in the shuffle, making SmackDown his best landing spot.

MJF, on the other hand, seems like a perfect fit for Raw. The limits on Raw are looser than what SmackDown allows on USA Network, which would give MJF more freedom on the mic (within reason). Raw has always been heavily focused on promos and segments, and that’s where MJF thrives.

Putting MJF in the mix with Gunther, Seth Rollins, Rey Mysterio, and maybe even reigniting his old AEW rivalry with CM Punk, could make for some must-see TV.

Will Page and MJF ever find their way to WWE? You never know. The possibility is always there, though Page seems like he might stay in AEW for the long haul. But if he and MJF both made the jump, it would be can’t-miss television.
