Injury Updates for Top Fantasy Football WRs

Deebo Samuel, WR, San Francisco 49ers

After Deebo Samuel’s hit to the ribs in the game last Thursday, Samuel missed practice on Wednesday and Thursday. Samuel returned to the practice field on Friday but only worked on the side. Samuel is officially questionable for Week 4. If he cannot go on Sunday, it could be a big George Kittle game, especially with Brandon Aiyuk recovering as well.

Jauan Jennings, WR, San Francisco 49ers

The Niners are dealing with several pass catchers’ injuries, and Jauan Jennings is the latest. Jennings wasn’t seen at practice on Friday, and he is doubtful to play against the Cardinals on Sunday.

Brandon Aiyuk, WR, San Francisco 49ers

The 49ers look to have Brandon Aiyuk back this week after a shoulder injury.

Aiyuk logged limited practices starting Wednesday, and head coach Kyle Shanahan says he is “good to go” for the game. He does not have an injury designation.

    Jerry Jeudy, WR, Denver Broncos

After two limited practices this week, Jerry Jeudy logged a full practice on Friday for Denver. He will be on the field against Chicago on Sunday.

    Treylon Burks, WR, Tennessee Titans

Treylon Burks has been back and forth at practice this week — limited on Wednesday and a non-participant on Thursday.

Burks was ruled out of Sunday’s game on Friday, still battling the LCL injury in his left knee. This could lead to more DeAndre Hopkins targets.

    Jonathan Mingo, WR, Carolina Panthers

Rookie Jonathan Mingo left last Sunday’s game early with a concussion and has been limited in practice all week. Mingo is now questionable for Sunday’s game. QB Bryce Young looks to be returning as well.

Puka Nacua, WR, Los Angeles Rams

Rookie Puka Nacua was limited in practice on Wednesday due to his oblique issue but returned to full practice on Friday. Nacua looks ready to play on Sunday.

    Jaylen Waddle, WR, Miami Dolphins

After missing Week 3 due to a concussion, it looks like Jaylen Waddle has cleared the protocol. He is good to go on Sunday for what looks to be a great game against the Buffalo Bills.

    Zay Jones, WR, Jacksonville Jaguars

When Jacksonville heads to London, they will not have Zay Jones on the field with them. Jones has been ruled out due to his knee injury. Look for Calvin Ridley or Evan Engram to absorb some of those targets.

Odell Beckham Jr., WR, Baltimore Ravens

Although it initially seemed like a mild injury to his ankle, Odell Bekham Jr. will miss another game this week, as he has been ruled out of Sunday’s game. The Ravens have been bitten by the injury bug lately, and Zay Flowers and Mark Andrews will have to pick up the slack.

    Rashod Bateman, WR, Baltimore Ravens

Ravens WR Rashod Bateman has been officially ruled out of Sunday’s game due to a hamstring injury. Rookie WR Zay Flowers and TE Mark Andrews should be the recipient of more snaps in his absence, especially with OBJ injured. Nelson Agholor could also get more work.

Cooper Kupp, WR, Los Angeles Rams

This is the last required week of IR for Cooper Kupp, and Sean McVay said that Kupp will practice next week. The Rams will activate his 21-day window, so he can return any time during that time frame.
