2020-21 Season – Louisville Cardinals
In her freshman year, Van Lith played in 30 games and averaged 11.2 points, 5.2 rebounds, 2.1 assists, and 1.2 steals.
She made a big splash in the ACC tournament, dropping 24 points with five rebounds and four steals in a quarterfinal win over Wake Forest.
That effort helped Louisville finish as the runner-up, and she was named to the All-ACC tournament first team. Her overall performance earned her a spot on the ACC All-Freshman Team, and she helped the Cardinals win the regular season title and reach the NCAA Elite Eight.
2021-22 Season – Louisville
In her second season, Van Lith stepped up her game. She averaged 14.4 points, 3.6 rebounds, 2.2 assists, and 1.2 steals over 33 games. She had standout performances, including a 16-point game to take down UConn and a career-high 34-point night against Clemson, where she hit all six of her 3-point attempts — setting a program record. 2022-23 Season – Louisville
This was her strongest year at Louisville. Across 37 games, she put up 19.7 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3.2 assists, and 1.5 steals per game.
She led the Cardinals to another ACC tournament runner-up finish and earned a spot on the all-tournament first team again.
At the NCAA tournament, she scored 20+ points in four straight games, leading Louisville to yet another Elite Eight. Her stellar play earned her All-ACC First Team honors for the second year in a row and an All-American honorable mention.
2023-24 Season – LSU
In 2023, Van Lith transferred to LSU, the reigning national champs, and suited up for 33 games. She averaged 11.6 points, 2.4 rebounds, 3.6 assists, and 1.3 steals.
While her scoring and efficiency took a hit compared to her Louisville days, she still played a key role for the Tigers. Analysts pointed out the drop, but her experience and playmaking remained valuable.
2024-25 Season – TCU
Using her extra year of eligibility, Van Lith transferred again — this time to TCU. And it was a move that paid off; in 38 games, she averaged 17.8 points, 4.6 rebounds, 5.4 assists, and 1.2 steals.
