Podcast host and former NFL linebacker Will Compton has posted a humorous reaction to reports that Bill Belichick’s girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, has been banned from the UNC football facility. Belichick became the head coach of the college football program back in December, but his personal life has garnered far more media interest than his professional one of late.
Compton appears to be tired of the intrigue surrounding the couple, with his recent post suggesting that the former pro would be happy to have Hudson out of the picture. However, in contrasting reports, the university has denied the claims, stating that the Instagram model is “welcome” at he facility.

When Travis Kelce began dating Taylor Swift, the global pop icon became the talk of the NFL. Pre-game talk before every Kansas City Chiefs game would include updates on Swift’s attendance, including Super Bowl 59. While many were unmoved, many football fans quickly grew tired of the continued focus on the couple’s relationship.
While Belichick’s relationship with Hudson hasn’t reached those levels of attention, the pair has certainly been a talking point throughout 2025. Compton, who represented three different franchises during his NFL career, appears to have had enough of hearing about the couple. After reports surfaced that Hudson had been banned from the UNC football facility, Compton shared the news with the caption: “Feels like a big win for America.”

Bill Belichick’s Family ‘Worry’ For His Legacy
The reports of UNC’s decision to ban Hudson originated from an episode of “Pablo Torre Finds Out.” During the podcast episode, Torre revealed that multiple sources he’d spoken to had informed him of the decision, before speculating on the possible motivations behind it.
“Two sources at the University of North Carolina tell me there has been a decision, that was made last week, by the higher-ups inside the athletic department, that had hired Bill Belichick to be the highest-paid public employee, not just coach, in the state of North Carolina, at $10 million a year.
“And that decision was that Jordon Hudson is no longer allowed in the football building; she is not allowed on the football field. Quote, ‘don’t think you’ll be hearing much from Jordon, moving forward.'”
Torre then revealed that a source within Belichick’s family had told him that they were worried that the relationship would tarnish the coach’s legacy.
“There is deep worry for how detrimental Jordon can be for not just North Carolina but Bill’s legacy, reputation — everything he has built and worked for over decades.”

Belichick’s NFL coaching legacy is set in stone for all of eternity. His eight Super Bowl wins, including two as the defensive coordinator of the New York Giants, make him the most successful coach in NFL history in that regard. His relationship with Hudson has invited as much negative attention as positive, though, and has many worried about the future first-ballot Hall of Famer.
UNC Denies Reports That Hudson Has Been Banned From the Facility – ‘She is Welcome’
In a contrasting report, The Athletic’s Chris Vannini has quoted the university as denying that it has banned the former Miss Maine runner-up from its facility.
“While Jordon Hudson is not an employee at the University or Carolina Athletics, she is welcome to the Carolina Football facilities. Jordon will continue to manage all activities related to Coach Belichick’s personal brand outside of his responsibilities for Carolina Football and the University.”
North Carolina says Jordon Hudson is still welcome in UNC football facilities:

Sources can often prove unreliable, but Torre mentioned that more than one source from inside the university had leaked the information. Whether Hudson is indeed banned or not, the latest speculation is yet more unusual off-field attention surrounding Belichick’s relationship with the model.
