What Channel Is Thursday Night Football Tonight? Patriots vs. Steelers Start Time, Live Stream Options, and More

Who airs Thursday Night Football tonight? Here's the Thursday Night Football channel and start time for the Patriots vs. Steelers game in Week 14.

Week 13 featured one of the season’s most thrilling Thursday NFL games, as the Dallas Cowboys got the better of the Seattle Seahawks in a high-scoring showdown that ended 41-35. Who plays on Thursday Night Football tonight? The New England Patriots travel to Acrisure Stadium to take on the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 14.

What is the Thursday Night Football channel, and when does the game start tonight? Here’s how to watch the Patriots-Steelers matchup tonight, including the start time and channel.

What Channel Airs Thursday Night Football Tonight?

The Patriots and Steelers kick the Week 14 schedule off on Thursday Night Football tonight with an 8:15 p.m. ET start time on Prime Video. There are no standard cable options for NFL fans to view Thursday Night Football.

New England Patriots at Pittsburgh Steelers

  • Start time: 8:15 p.m. ET
  • Channel: Prime Video

Will NFL fans be in for another fireworks show on Thursday Night Football tonight? Unfortunately, tonight’s matchup features two of the lowest-scoring offenses in the league this season. After showing some promise the week after firing offensive coordinator Matt Canada, the Steelers’ offense fell flat again in Week 13, losing to the Arizona Cardinals 24-10.

Some of Pittsburgh’s woes were due to QB Kenny Pickett suffering a high right ankle sprain and getting knocked out of the game. The Steelers’ QB will miss tonight’s game after receiving “tightrope” surgery to speed up the healing process. Backup QB Mitchell Trubisky went under center in Pickett’s place, and while he threw a touchdown, the offense struggled to do much else.

While they’ll need the offense to turn it up a notch over the next few weeks to maintain a hold of their AFC Wild Card berth, tonight’s game will be about playing clean football. New England has the worst offense in the NFL, scoring a league-low 12.3 points per game with seemingly no answers under center.

A quarterback change yielded no difference for the Patriots’ offense, as Bailey Zappe started his first game of 2023 in Week 13 against the Los Angeles Chargers. The Patriots were shutout, and Zappe completed just 13 of his 25 passes for 141 yards and was sacked five times in the 6-0 loss. Will the Steelers’ top-notch defense shut out the Patriots for the second week in a row?

This week, the final two teams — the Arizona Cardinals and the Washington Commanders — take their byes.
