We have just two Monday Night Football games left on the calendar and this one should have been a cracker. The New Orleans Saints are in the race for the #1 seed in the NFC, but after a promising start, the Indianapolis Colts have slid out of contention in the AFC. However, the Colts are still battling to end the season with a winning record, so will not be a push over in this game by any means. Let’s take a look at how our team sees this one going with their MNF picks for Week 15 of the NFL season.

Location: Mercedes-Benz Superdome
Time: 8:15 pm EST
Spread: Saints -9
O/U: 46.5

This game has been fascinating, because despite nearly 90% of the money having been on the Saints, the line has held at -9. Amazingly the over is seeing a whopping 90% of the money and yet the line has remained at 46.5. It will be interesting to see whether either of those lines move as we get closer to kickoff.

“This game is really interesting from a betting perspective. I really do not like laying more than a touchdown and will therefore steer clear of the spread. The over definitely looks tempting on the total, especially if the Saints offense gets rolling.”

“The New Orleans Saints are coming off a home loss in the final seconds of an absolute war with the San Francisco 49ers last Sunday. I find it hard to believe they drop a second straight in the SuperDome against an Indianapolis Colts team that comes in having lost 5 of their last 6 contests. In order to take the spread out of the equation, I’m pairing the Saints Money Line with the Over at 46.5. The New Orleans defense is all banged up coming off that battle with the 49ers and the Colts, for all their warts, have averaged just over 25 points per game their last four. If Indianapolis can put up 20+ on Monday Night, the Over should be in great shape. Give me the Saints & Over 46.5 for 1 Unit at +136.”
