Bobby ‘King’ Green gave his reaction after learning that The Fighting Nerds had hired a data scientist to analyze their rivals’ fighting tactics.
Green witnessed how the new recruit broke down his UFC 313 fight against Mauricio Ruffy to give out his popular one-word reaction yet again.
King Green’s Association With Mackenzie Dern Originally Yielded His Famous Reaction
King Green is a seasoned UFC lightweight, currently in the thirteenth year of his UFC career. Green boasts a commendable pro-MMA record of 32-17-1, but his recent run in the UFC has been far from eventful.
The 38-year-old holds a 2-3 record in his last five UFC fights. Green endured a crushing defeat in his previous fight against Mauricio Ruffy, a member of The Fighting Nerds.
The Fighting Nerds is a team of four Brazilian fighters: Caio Borralho, Carlos Prates, Jean Silva, and Mauricio Ruffy. The team currently boasts an undefeated UFC record of 20-0, with Ruffy’s victory against Green being their most recent feat.
However, a recent Instagram post from @espnmma revealed that The Fighting Nerds had hired a data scientist named Ariel Cyrulin to evolve their game to the next level.

Green witnessed Cyrulin analyze his movements during his fight with Ruffy to predict the timing of his strikes. The experience yielded the same one-word reaction from him, which he had after witnessing Mackenzie Dern weigh in for one of her fights, in a show he was hosting.
It read, “Sheesh”.
Green provided with better clarity about the aforementioned incident during his appearance in an episode of the former UFC light heavyweight champ, Quinton Jackson’s “The Jaxxon Podcast.”
On account of his prolonged tenure in the UFC, the authorities offered Green to host a pre-fight weigh-in show. The California resident was unaware which fighters were supposed to take to the scales during the show.
However, Green was pleasantly surprised after witnessing Mackenzie Dern weighing in during his show. This is when he came up with this famous “Sheesh’ reaction for the first time. Green detailed his experience, stating, “[The UFC brass said] we have a weigh-in show, [and] they invited me to come host the show. I’m like, ‘Yeah, I’ll go.’ But then Mackenzie Dern comes [to weigh in]. Mackenzie Dern is an attractive young lady, and now with that being said, I go, ‘Sheesh’.”
