Kevin Holland’s Recent Update on X
Kevin Holland is known for his shenanigans on social media and often humors MMA fans with his posts. One example came when the 32-year-old shared an unusual health update on Tuesday with his fans on X.
I got the runs 💩

Holland’s post caught the attention of several MMA fans who shared their reactions in the comments section. One fan referred to his recent fight against Vicente Luque and said, “You eating good after [fighting Vicente] Luque.”
Another fan sarcastically thanked Holland for the update and wrote, “Well, thanks for sharing that with us. Morning @Trailblaze2top, LMFAO.”
Another fan said, “F*** I’m sorry to hear that, Kevin. May your bowels find relief on this beautiful Tuesday.”
One Twitter user reacted with a short message and commented, “Nice update🤣.”
Holland’s recent fight took place on the main card of the UFC 316 event, which was held on June 7 at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. Holland made quick work of his opponent and finished him with a D’Arce choke in the second round of the fight. The Trailblazer was awarded the Performance of the Night bonus worth $50,000 for his efforts.
In his post-fight Octagon interview with Joe Rogan, Holland challenged Colby Covington to a showdown. “What I’d really like to do is, guys, I’d like to keep building myself at 170 pounds,” Holland said. “I think I can stay here at 170 [pounds] and make some noise. So, Colby Covington, you’re the worst guy in the welterweight division, and I like beating up on sorry people.”
After the fight, the American fighter did an interview backstage with Heidi Androl for ESPN, during which he commented on his finishing sequence.
“I like to do a good job of using my length, and I like to do a good job of getting the head down,” Holland said. “A lot of people just like to get on the arteries and like to choke and stuff like that. But I like to do a good job of getting the head down as far as it can. If I put [Daniel Cormier] in this choke, he’ll hate it. Anybody that’s a little heavier than they used to be, they hate when their neck gets like this.”
