‘Funniest UFC Fighter’ – Fans React to Israel Adesanya’s Hilarious Skit With Former Vine Legend King Bach

Israel Adesanya got MMA fans cracking up with his recent collaboration with the noted internet comedian, actor, and former Vine artist Andrew Byron Bachelor, better known as King Bach.

Adesanya participated in a hilarious skit that made fun of his UFC record—or, in this case, the lack thereof.

Israel Adesanya “Chokes Out” King Bach in His First-Ever Submission

Israel Adesanya made his way into MMA from a kickboxing background. ‘The Last Stylebender’ held a remarkable 75-5 record in his pro-kickboxing career before stepping into the cage. As a result, Adesanya primarily depends on his kickboxing-style striking skills to win his fights.

Due to his background in kickboxing, Adesanya’s ground game has not always been his ideal choice of weapon. His UFC record bears testimony to this as the Nigerian-New Zealander has not won a single fight via submission in his pro-MMA career.

Adesanya recently turned this into self-deprecating humor in a collaboration with King Bach. The video showed Adesanya catching King Bach in a chokehold and putting him to sleep while the latter’s female friend claps and cheers on. As King Bach lies unconscious on the ground, Adesanya walks away with the woman in his arms.

Adesanya’s submission rizz got the fan hooked instantly.

Fans couldn’t help but laugh at Adesanya’s skit. One of them took to the comments section to name him the “funniest” UFC athlete. It read, “LMFAO funniest UFC fighter.”

Another said, “King Bach 2025 comeback with Izzy is wild.”

Israel Adesanya Congratulates Alexander Volkanovski on becoming a two-time UFC champion

Adesanya keeps an active eye on other MMA affairs besides his own encounters. ‘The Last Stylebender’ has been spotted enjoying UFC PPVs live from the audience seats on multiple occasions.

Adesanya also graced the Kaseya Center in Miami, Fla., recently to witness the exciting encounters of UFC 314. However, he was also there to support his City Kickboxing teammate and close friend, Alexander Volkanovski, who took on Diego Lopes in the main event of the night. The bout had the vacant featherweight title on the line after Ilia Topuria relinquished it earlier in 2025 to move up and fight for the belt at lightweight.

Adesanya was delighted to witness his Australian teammate claim the UFC Featherweight title for the second time in his career with a unanimous decision victory over Lopes.

He caught up with Volkanovski backstage and congratulated him on his entry into the two-time UFC Champions’ club, which he is already a member of. He reclaimed the middleweight throne in April 2023 after losing it to Alex Pereira six months before.

Adesanya said to Volkanovski, “Let’s do it in Miami. Two-time, you’re the fuc*ing man.”
