‘Bro’s Trying To Make Him Miss Weight’ – Fans React to Adorable Clip of Ian Machado Garry’s Son Gifting Jack Della Maddalena M&Ms

UFC welterweight contender Jack Della Maddalena is all set to lock horns against champion Belal Muhammad for the welterweight throne at UFC 315. The bout will serve as the main event of the fight card, which is set to happen on May 10 at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Canada.

Maddalena is currently riding a 17-fight win streak and is 7-0 in the UFC. “Remember the Name”, on the other hand, is undefeated in his last 11 fights in the UFC.

Ian Machado Garry’s Son Hands a Gift to Jack Della Maddalena

After his victory over Carlos Prates in April, UFC welterweight contender Ian Machado Garry is expected to serve as the back-up fighter for the UFC 315 title fight between Muhammad and Maddalena.

As the fight week for UFC 315 is going on, Garry is also present in Montreal, Canada for the pay-per-view event. “The Future” recently uplaoded a video to his social media where he looked up Maddalena’s favorite food item in ChatGPT and then instructed his son to gift the Australian a pack of M&Ms.

The video caught the attention of several MMA enthusiasts, who then shared their thoughts on it on social media.

One individual poked fun at Garry, saying: “Bro’s trying to make [Maddalena] miss weight.”

Another fan offered a tongue-in-cheek response to the video: “Ian garry is so lucky to have a sweet boy to balance his unlikable image.”

Garry was accused by one person of using his son as a “prop”: “Stop using the kid as a prop. He’s forcing fighters to be cool with him LOL.”

One person defended Garry and praised his character, saying: “Don’t get the Ian hate. He’s a hell of a fighter and human being.”

One individual argued that Garry’s actions, which might seem wholesome at first, could possibly be a villainous move: “Giving him his favorite junk food while he’s cutting weight while you’re the backup fighter is nasty work.”

Jack Della Maddalena Appears Confident Ahead of the Showdown Against Belal Muhammad

Maddalena believes he will get the better of Muhammad come fight night. In the first episode of the UFC 315 Embeddded series, the Australian shared his game plan, saying that he planned on breaking down his opponent with his striking ability.

The 28-year-old then boldy claimed that the possible loss might cause Muhammad to retire from the sport.

“I think he’s in for a rude awakening. I’ll break him with strikes, physically break him. He’s had a good run in the UFC, it’s retirement time buddy.”
