The Miami Dolphins will face the Los Angeles Rams in Week 10. Here’s the latest fantasy football news and advice to help you with your lineups this week and moving forward, especially regarding WR Tyreek Hill.
Is Tyreek Hill Playing in Week 10?
Miami Dolphins wideout Tyreek Hill didn’t participate in Friday’s practice due to a wrist injury.
The Dolphins will face the Los Angeles Rams on Monday night, so Hill still has Saturday and Sunday to get healthy. As long as he logs at least a limited practice on Saturday, he should be ready to play in Week 10.
Hill has been on Miami’s injury report with a foot issue in previous weeks and even missed practices. However, he’s yet to be sidelined for a game this year.
The fact that Hill might’ve injured his wrist during practice could make this situation more severe than his prior injury problems. The Dolphins’ Saturday practice report will shed more light on his potential availability.
If Hill does sit, Jaylen Waddle could have a field day against a Los Angeles Rams defense than allows the ninth-most fantasy points to wide receivers. Waddle has averaged just 3.3 targets per game over the past three weeks but would soak up many of Hill’s looks if the latter isn’t out there.
We’ll continue to monitor the Dolphins’ injury report. You can also visit and bookmark our NFL Injury Tracker and Fantasy News Tracker for the latest updates.
Should You Start or Sit Tyreek Hill in Week 10?
I don’t know about you, but it feels very much like the spike Tyreek Hill game is inevitable — and it could come on Monday night. There have been flashes over the past two weeks with Tua Tagovailoa back under center, but Hill’s production has ended almost spot-on with where you’d expect (24.6 expected PPR points vs. 25.2 actual PPR points).
I think that changes this week based on Tagovailoa’s increased comfort, yes, but also this matchup. The Rams are easily the best defense in limiting slot production this season, something that has me projecting a perimeter-oriented Dolphins passing attack in Week 10:
Production with Tua Tagovailoa under center since 2023:
- Hill: 0.4% over expectation from the slot vs. 38.2% over expectation out wide
- Waddle: 4.2% over expectation from the slot vs. 23.7% over expectation out wide
Hill is the unquestioned WR1 in this offense as it is, and given how Los Angeles defends, I’m expecting him to be featured in a significant way. This is the spot you’ve waited three months for.

PFN Insights on Los Angeles Rams’ Defense
Things are coming together nicely for the Los Angeles Rams. Their offense is back at close to full strength, and their defense appears to have found a method that works. Since their Week 6 bye, this unit has been in the top 12 all three weeks, continuing an encouraging pre-bye trend.
After starting the season in the bottom 10 for the first three weeks, they have dragged themselves up to performing above average on a weekly basis and around league average overall. The driving force behind that recovery has been their ability to not only get pressure without sending extra men but also to get sacks. Pair that with a good red-zone efficiency, and this defense is proving a useful complement to their recovering offense.

Miami Dolphins at Los Angeles Rams Insights
Miami Dolphins
Team: Miami’s offensive 51.9% offensive success rate over the past two weeks (Weeks 1-7: 36.7%).
QB: Since returning, Tua Tagovailoa has completed 46-of-57 passes when not pressured (80.7%).
Offense: Miami is being blitzed on only 13.9% of dropbacks. The Bengals at 17% are the only other offense under 18.6% this season.
Defense: The Dolphins are forcing just 0.75 turnovers per game, tied with the Cowboys for the fourth-fewest through nine weeks.
Fantasy: If you extend De’Von Achane’s numbers from four Tagovailoa games for a 17-game season: 2,266 yards and 21 touchdowns.
Betting: Under tickets have cashed in five of Miami’s past six road games played in primetime.
Los Angeles Rams
Team: In 2023, the Rams lost three straight games before their bye and won seven of eight following the week off. This season, they were 1-4 before their bye and have won all three games since.
QB: Puka Nacua got ejected late in the first half, which impacted his QB in a major way. In Week 9, Matthew Stafford completed just two-of-10 third down passes – in Weeks 1-8, he owned a 59.2% completion rate on third downs.
Offense: Over the past two weeks, 76.7% of Los Angeles’ yards have come through the air (Weeks 3-7: 62.6%).
Defense: The Rams rank fourth in the NFL in pressure rate this season (38.8%) despite blitzing just 25.4% of the time (league average: 25.8%).
Fantasy: Our game is driven by touchdowns, and Kyren Williams, while great at converting, isn’t immune to that. He has consecutive games without a rushing score (rushing TD in nine straight prior) and doesn’t have a rush, gaining more than 17 yards in seven of eight.
Betting: Unders are 10-3 (76.9%) in the Rams last 13 primetime games.
