Travis Kelceā€™s Ex-Girlfriend Kayla Nicole Reviews Chiefs vs. Eagles Super Bowl Matchup in 1 Word

Kayle Nicole, who dated the Chiefsā€™ tight end Travis Kelce from 2017 to 2022, perfectly summed up the Super Bowl LIX clash

The Super Bowl 59 matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles is set for February 9, and Travis Kelceā€™s ex-girlfriend, Kayla Nicole, has weighed in with her take.

The influencer, who dated the Chiefsā€™ star tight end from 2017 to 2022, summed up the highly anticipated clash in one word: ā€œTough!ā€ Kaylaā€™s comment came alongside a graphic featuring Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts and Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

This is not the first time Kayla has given her thoughts on football. Kelce’s ex has already stated her reluctance to see the Chiefs make a third straight Super Bowl appearance. ā€œIt will be a storybook ending either way on Feb 9th,ā€ she wrote on X.

ā€œAnd as a fan of the game, thatā€™s really all you can ask for.ā€

As the Chiefs aim to become the first NFL team to win three consecutive Super Bowls, the Eagles would want to secure their second title in seven seasons.

The stats back up Kaylaā€™s assessment of the matchup. According to PFNā€™s Playoff Predictor, the Eagles hold a slight edge with a 52.8% chance of victory. Philadelphiaā€™s offense has been on fire, scoring 166 points in their last five games, while their defense has forced 19 turnovers in the past six outings.

Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts, who ran for three touchdowns in his last Super Bowl appearance, has been a dual-threat dynamo, and running back Saquon Barkley has carried the load, accounting for 40.2% of the Eaglesā€™ scrimmage yards this postseason.

On the other side, Mahomes and the Chiefs are no strangers to the big stage. Mahomes, who recently passed Joe Montana for the second-most playoff wins by a quarterback (17), is chasing history.

A win would make him just the third player in NFL history to win multiple MVPs and four championships, joining NFL G.O.A.T. Tom Brady and Montana. The Chiefsā€™ offense has been efficient, averaging over 2.5 points per drive in their last four games, while their defense has stepped up in the playoffs, posting an 87.5 DEF+ grade in the AFC Championship.

With both teams bringing elite talent and compelling storylines to the table, Super Bowl LIX is shaping up to be a classic. Either youā€™re rooting for Mahomes and the Chiefsā€™ quest for a three-peat or Hurts and the Eaglesā€™ redemption arc.
