Super Bowl Champions Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes Announce an Exciting New Buisness Venture

Winning Super Bowl 58 was arguably the biggest win of Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes' careers. Now, they've announced they're opening a restaurant.

Winning Super Bowl 58 put the Kansas City Chiefs on top of the world for the second straight season. However, they’re not done yet. I’m not talking about winning three, which they want to do; I’m talking about Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce opening up a new restaurant. What’s going on?

Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes Announce New Restaurant Plans

Thursday was a big day for the duo, who are one of the best in the NFL, as they announced they will be opening their own steakhouse called 1587 Prime. They project the restaurant to open in early 2025 at the Loews Hotel in downtown Kansas City.

How are they getting it done, you may ask? They’re working with Noble 33, a Las Vegas-based restaurant franchise. They’re doing so to give visitors the experience of how Mahomes and Kelce eat while on the road.

“Travis and I have become frequent visitors of Noble 33 restaurants in other cities, so it only made sense to bring something special to our own community in Kansas City,” said Mahomes in a news release. The restaurant’s name was inspired by both of their numbers, 15 and 87.

“Noble 33 is leading the development of the design, experience, menu, and operation, but conceptually, Patrick and Travis’ involvement and input has been instrumental,” said Tosh Berman, the co-founder of Noble 33. The creation of the menu, restaurant experience, and design will be handled by Noble 33.

The restaurant will be 10,000 square feet across two floors. There will also be “hyper-subtle nods to Patrick and Travis’ on-field accomplishments.”

“Both of them are longtime regulars of our other restaurants, so a great starting point was bringing elements they loved from those experiences and abstracting them in an original way for 1587 Prime,” said Berman. Noble 33 wants to make 1587 Prime a chain as well, potentially expanding to other major cities.

The partnership with the NFL stars “represents a convergence of culinary artistry, athletic prowess, community enrichment, and unmatched hospitality,” according to Noble 33’s other co-founder, Mikey Tanha.
