The Buffalo Bills did it again in the regular season. They took down Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs. The problem for the Bills is that they can’t get it done against Kansas City in the playoffs when it all matters. The Bills took the lead in the second quarter and never looked back. The Bills fans made sure to let Travis Kelce hear it when he ran into the locker room for halftime.

Travis Kelce Fires Back at Bills Fans as Emotions Boil Over in Chiefs’ Halftime Walkoff
Kelce was on his way to the Kansas City locker room at halftime while the Chiefs trailed the Bills, 21-13. The Bills fans were heckling him, and he responded by egging the fans on. They were going at him, and he yelled back at the fans.
“I love it,” said Kelce.
He came off the field cupping his heart to encourage the fans to keep going. He welcomes these encounters and loves to rile up the crowd. He does it to any fans, whether it’s hyping up Chiefs fans or instigating fans of other franchises.
Kelce loves the big moments, and the heckling fuels him. Unfortunately, this time, it didn’t result in a victory. Kelce had a solid performance, though. He caught four balls for 66 yards. It’s been a while since Kelce delivered a vintage performance. He hasn’t been over 100 receiving yards in a game once in 2025, and his production is slowing down.

The Chiefs appeared to be hitting their best form, and the offense was rolling. However, the Bills had their own plans for Kansas City tonight and dashed the Chiefs’ hopes of winning the AFC West for a tenth consecutive season. The Chiefs had opportunities to win the game but were second-best for most of the game.
It would be no surprise if these two teams meet once again in the playoffs with a potential Super Bowl berth on the line. Mahomes has never lost to Allen and the Bills in the playoffs despite the Bills being dangerously close. Kelce was a big part of some of those Kansas City plays, but as he ages, the other receiving threats are becoming the more active targets.
Kelce is the third-best tight end in PFSN’s TE Impact score with a grade of 84.9. Kelce can still play — there’s no doubt about it — but he’s showing signs of slowing down. But as long as the Chiefs stack wins and bounce back from this defeat to Buffalo, Kelce and the Chiefs won’t care. Bills fans might have to be careful if they meet Kansas City in the playoffs, because if history has any say, Kelce will have the last laugh.
