Browns general manager Andrew Berry is in discussions with Raîche for a job that would have assistant general manager responsibilities with a title to be determined, according to a league source. Berry and Raîche were colleagues in Philadelphia.

The assistant general manager job became open when Adofo-Mensah left Cleveland to join the Browns.

A native of Montreal, Raîche, 33, replaced Berry in Philadelphia in 2020 in her current role. She is involved in every aspect of the Eagles’ personnel department, including contract negotiations and scouting.

Raîche is a former corporate and tax attorney who has a master’s degree from the L’Université de Sherbrooke.

She went on to work in the Canadian Football League for the Toronto Argonauts and was an assistant general manager for the Montreal Alouettes. Raîche also worked in the XFL before being hired by the Eagles to work with general manager Howie Roseman.
