Tom Brady is known to treat his body with the utmost care. The quarterback was able to prolong his NFL career due to his exclusive diet and training regimen.
Hence, former Pittsburgh Steelers safety Ryan Clark was in disbelief when he saw the future Hall of Famer munching on turkey. Clark proceeded to give Brady some advice on saying no to unfavorable situations as well.
Ryan Clark Dishes Out Valuable Advice to Tom Brady on Thanksgiving Meal
After retiring from the NFL, the former New England Patriots quarterback has joined the Fox desk as a commentator. Brady munched on turducken in front of the cameras during the Thanksgiving game between the Dallas Cowboys and the New York Giants.
During Clark’s appearance on ESPN’s Get Up, he was asked to explain one of his posts on X (formerly Twitter). “Tom don’t eat no Turkey!” Clark had tweeted and he was ready to explain the reasons behind doing so.
“He’s been on that TB12 since forever,” said Clark. “Avocado vodka, avocado ice cream. How the hell he gonna eat turkey? I know that’s not on his diet.” The 2009 Super Bowl winner then referenced Brady’s $375 million, 10-year deal with Fox as a reason for avoiding turducken.

“We all know that turducken is dry, Tom. You ain’t gotta act like you act like you like it for the TV. Those people are paying you $37 million. You can actually say I don’t eat this and not eat it. And everybody will respect you, Tom, because you’re Tom Brady,” said Clark.
Brady’s Frantic Preparation for the Thanksgiving Game
In the second year of his true retirement from the game, he learned he’d call the Cowboys vs. the Giants game on Thanksgiving Day.
This was reflected during his appearance on the “Let’s Go!” podcast on Tuesday. “Probably not the way that anyone anticipated going but I’ve been studying my a** off this morning trying to figure out some good storylines for this game,” Brady said. “It’s a little tough to comb through some of these clips.”
The game ended with the Cowboys being victorious over the Giants by seven points (27-20).
