Shedeur Sanders Catches Up With Maxx Crosby During Super Bowl Week in New Orleans

One of the teams that has been linked with Shedeur Sanders over the past few months are the Las Vegas Raiders. Raiders DE Maxx Crosby got the chance to interact with the Colorado quarterback in New Orleans ahead of the Super Bowl LIX showdown.

The interaction between Maxx Crosby and Shedeur Sanders began with them talking about their accessories and other plans for the day. After their small talk session, both players went on their separate ways. Crosby bid adieu to Shedeur by saying “I’ll see you soon, bro”

This led to fans creating theories that the Raiders are interested in potentially drafting Shedeur Sanders to the team.

The team brought in Pete Carroll as the new head coach for the upcoming season. They also hired Chip Kelly from Ohio State as the new OC after they won the 2025 CFP national championship.

The Raiders Might Not Get the Chance to Draft Shedeur Sanders

There is a possibility that the Colorado QB is not on the board by the time the Raiders get on the clock. This is because Coach Prime believes that his son will be one of the top three picks in the 2025 NFL draft.

On the Rich Eisen show, Deion Sanders talked about Shedeur’s ability to be the face of an NFL franchise. He also went on to guarantee that the quarterback will not fall beyond the third overall pick in April.

“He’s really ready to be the face of a franchise,” Coach Prime said. “I think it’s going to be one of the top three picks, for sure. I’ve spoken to all but one. That’s the Titans. I haven’t spoken to them yet, but he has. But the others I’ve spoken to.”

Shedeur Sanders’ biggest competitor in the QB class of 2025 is Miami’s Cam Ward. It will be interesting to see if he is drafted ahead of Ward in April.
