While many fans in Philadelphia were disappointed to see Reddick traded to the Jets, there’s reason for optimism heading into next season.

Former Eagles defensive end Hugh Douglas discussed Reddick’s departure and his thoughts on Huff as the star pass rusher’s replacement in Philadelphia. Douglas believes that Huff is a more powerful and physical pass rusher, which could lead to him being even more successful with the Eagles.

Despite all of their additions this offseason, the Eagles still have plenty of holes on their roster heading into the draft. Roseman is armed with three picks in the first two rounds and will surely look to address some of the team’s biggest needs early.

Tony Catalina’s 2024 NFL Mock Draft: Edge Rusher Lands in Philly

Following Reddick’s departure, edge rusher is now viewed as one of the biggest question marks in Philadelphia. Pro Football Network’s Tony Catalina released his latest mock draft and has one of the top edge rushers in this year’s draft class falling to Philadelphia.

If the Eagles are able to land a premium pass rusher at No. 22 overall, they’ll be in great shape for 2024 and beyond.

Eagles Safety Thought His Agent Was Playing an April Fool’s Joke

Eagles safety Reed Blankenship enjoyed a special day on April 1. Not only did he sign a one-year contract extension with the Eagles, but the NFL also announced their performance bonuses for 2023.

Blankenship explained how he thought his agent was pranking him when he received the screenshot and saw himself listed as earning the second-highest bonus for last season.

Cooper DeJean Cleared To Return, Workout Scheduled

While Blankenship is now slated to be in Philadelphia for the next two seasons, there are still plenty of questions surrounding the Eagles’ secondary.

Iowa defensive back Cooper DeJean is reportedly fully recovered from his leg injury and will work out for NFL teams on April 8. Philadelphia reportedly has a top 30 visit scheduled with DeJean, who could be a target for the Eagles if he’s available to them at pick 22.
