A pair of 1-1 AFC East teams will meet Thursday night when the New England Patriots visit Aaron Rodgers and the New York Jets.
The Patriots, who beat the Cincinnati Bengals in their season opener, are coming off a crushing overtime loss to the Seattle Seahawks. The Jets, meanwhile, rebounded from a Week 1 loss to the San Francisco 49ers by beating the Tennessee Titans in Week 2.
But which players will be on the field for each team? Let’s go over inactives, injury designations, and projected lineups.
Who Are the Inactives for New England Patriots vs. New York Jets?

Here’s the full Patriots inactives list:
- QB Joe Milton III (emergency third QB)

Patriots-Jets Inactives Takeaways
- Wilson is a healthy scratch after struggling in the first two games. Alex Austin likely will take over as the No. 4 cornerback for the Patriots.
- Lowe, Bentley, and Sow all were ruled out in the injury report, so their statuses aren’t surprising. Bentley reportedly could miss the rest of the season due to a torn pectoral.
- Kromah was signed off the Chicago Bears practice squad on Wednesday, so he always was a longshot to play Thursday night.
Bears front office source on Jamree Kromah:
"Really good kid. Has inside/outside flex with the versatility to play all along the line which obviously fits what the Pats do. Really good kid with upside." https://t.co/JNRP7C0JM4

- The Patriots will roll with six active receivers. Javon Baker and Kayshon Boutte were inactive in Weeks 1 and 2, respectively, but both will suit up Thursday night.
- Mosley is a big loss for the Jets, who also will be without edge rusher Jermaine Johnson (season-ending Achilles tear).
