Nebraska Coach Dani Busboom Kelly Comments on the Emotions of the Upcoming Senior Night on Saturday
Nebraska Cornhuskers head coach Kelly made her feelings known for the senior night on Saturday during the Ohio State Buckeyes game at the Bob Devaney Sports Center. Senior Players like Rebekah Allick, Allie Sczech, and Maisie Boesiger will be recognized for their contributions to the program during their time at Nebraska.
Kelly said on the expected atmosphere during the game, “I think senior days are always tricky because the first few points are emotional, and of course, the announcement is emotional, and you can feel it in the fans, so it’s going to be emotional no matter what we talk about or what we prep for.”
Further in the conversation, Kelly further remarked that despite these emotions, the team needs to settle in quickly during the match to do their job efficiently on the court against Ohio State.
