Speaking in a press conference, Murray shared that these victories are kind of a redemption for her team’s defeat last season, stating, “It feels great, I feel like we kind of got our redemption back from last year, and that’s something a lot of us never have forgotten, and I’m sure we won’t. So, it feels great to come out here the past few months and beat them in a sweep both times, especially in their gym, because that’s a hard gym to play in.”

“So, it’s really cool for us, and again like we try to focus on the six people and the 10 people on the bench because that’s what matters,” Murray further added.

Further in the conversation, Murray mentioned the outside noise that affects these games, making the self-belief in each more important and necessary.
