NFL Week 3 Underdog Pick’ems for Thursday Night Football Included Daniel Jones and Jake Moody

Thursday Night Football is your first chance to get in on some Week 3 fantasy football action. Here are our top Underdog Pick'em plays for TNF.

Fantasy football is more than just the weekly head-to-head games we’ve all grown to love. On Underdog, fantasy managers can put their player-projection skills to the test by predicting player stat lines.

Here are my top Underdog plays for the Thursday Night Football Pick’em contest between the New York Giants and the San Francisco 49ers.

Top Underdog Pick’ems for Thursday Night Football

Underdog Pick’ems allows fantasy managers to predict stat lines and fantasy-point totals for almost all fantasy-relevant players. You can make two picks that pay out 3x even money or add more selections to your entry for higher payouts.

The levels are 3x, 6x, 10x, and 20x, progressing with each additional pick’em you add to your entry. Let’s take a look at this week’s Thursday night Underdog Pick’ems.

Daniel Jones Higher Than 0.5 Total Yards Promo

The promos count. And we’re going to use them. This week’s TNF promo is Jones to record a single yard. Unless Jones gets hurt on the first play of the game, this is a lock and meant to be a free win as part of pick’em entries. Be sure to add this to your slip.

Graham Gano Lower Than 5.5 Kicking Points

I feel like the Giants’ second-half performance against the Arizona Cardinals has overshadowed how terrible they looked for the first six quarters of the season. This is still not a good team.

The Giants will be without Saquon Barkley on Thursday. While “running backs don’t matter,” Barkley is unquestionably the best player on the Giants. He matters as much as any RB possibly can, especially on a team lacking WR talent.

Unless Gano kicks two field goals, I don’t see how he can get to 6.0 kicking points. There is a very real chance the Giants get shut out again. Take the lower on this one.

Jake Moody Higher Than 2.5 Extra Points Made

This is essentially, “Will the 49ers score three touchdowns?” To that, I say, “Yes.”

The Giants gave up 40 points to the Dallas Cowboys and 28 points to the Cardinals. I would argue that the 49ers have a better offense than both.

The 49ers have a projected team total of 27.5 points. They should have no trouble finding the end zone at least three times.
