The Denver Broncos are 8-2, atop the AFC West, and the No. 2 seed in the AFC Conference. Denver is in this spot because of excellent roster construction. Quarterback Bo Nix was acquired through the draft. So were wide receivers Courtland Sutton, Troy Franklin, Marvin Mims Jr., and Pat Bryant. And then there’s RJ Harvey at running back as well. That’s just the skill position players.
Building through the draft is cost-effective and a way to avoid giving up additional future assets to improve. Let’s see who the Broncos selected in PFSN’s latest three-round mock draft.
Broncos’ First-Round Pick
PFSN’s Jacob Infante released his latest three-round mock on Saturday before Week 10’s results. In it, he has the Broncos selecting a linebacker at No. 32.
“With impressive speed, agility, instincts against the run, and consistent tackling form, C.J. Allen is a true rangy linebacker with elite range as a tackler. He has the potential to be one of the top linebackers in the league in due time,” Infante wrote.

Starting linebacker Alex Singleton, No. 21 in PFSN’s LB Impact Score, is set to become a free agent after the 2025 season, so Allen would immediately start for the Broncos. Preparation meets opportunity; the potential pick is the team’s need, meeting the best player available. Perhaps Allen’s speed will help cover running backs in space.
Broncos’ Second-Round Pick
In the second round, Infante has the Broncos drafting a WR.
“Sliding in this 2026 NFL Mock Draft due to injury, Antonio Williams is still an athletic receiver who can get open outside or in the slot. His agility after the catch and explosiveness coming out of his breaks as a route runner should make him a reliable complementary weapon in the NFL,” Infante wrote.
This is the pick the Broncos need. Williams has two paths to playing time. He would battle Mims Jr. and Bryant in training camp for the No. 2 WR slot opposite Sutton in two-WR sets. Then, in 11 personnel, Williams could overtake Franklin in the slot. So, even if he loses the No. 2 WR slot, Williams could be the No. 3 WR in 11. This is the versatility the Broncos need. In 11, it would be Sutton, Williams, and Mims Jr. or Bryant. Franklin would be the fourth WR on the depth chart.
Broncos’ Third-Round Pick
In the third round, Infante has the Broncos replacing John Franklin-Myers, who is also scheduled to be a free agent. “Kayden McDonald has shown he can rush the passer a bit up the middle, tallying three sacks thus far in 2025. He’s a thickly-built defender in a 1-technique’s body but has the pass-rushing chops of a 3-technique,” Infante wrote.
