In what is expected to be common practice in the years to come, Travis Hunter was filmed entering an NFL stadium on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2024. In this week’s college football action, the Colorado Buffaloes have a matchup against the Kansas Jayhawks with the game being played at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.
Home of the defending Super Bowl Champion Kansas City Chiefs, Arrowhead has become one of the most intense and difficult places to play for opposing teams. Since the 2020 season, the Chiefs have a 30-9 home record against all opponents.
Social Media Reaction to Travis Hunter Arriving at Arrowhead
College football and NFL fans alike were quick to highlight how comfortable Hunter looked while walking the same halls as two-time Most Valuable Player Patrick Mahomes and superstar tight end Travis Kelce.
One X (formerly known as Twitter) user provided a simple analysis of Hunter’s demeanor while walking into the home of the Chiefs Kingdom.
“Travis Hunter entering NFL stadiums just looks right,” the individual stated.

Will Hunter, Patrick Mahomes Play at Arrowhead Together?
At this time, it seems highly unlikely that the prospective Heisman Trophy winner Hunter and the three-time Super Bowl champion Mahomes will share an NFL field as members of the same team next season. At the time of this writing, Hunter is the projected No. 1 overall pick in next year’s NFL Draft, according to Pro Football Network’s Kyle Yates.
Meanwhile, the Chiefs are currently tied for the most wins in the league this season with nine through 11 weeks, tied only with the Detroit Lions and the Buffalo Bills. As a result, unless something dramatic occurs such as a blockbuster trade, it seems improbable that Hunter will be playing his home games at Arrowhead next season.
Though it is still too early to know where Hunter will end up playing his professional football next season, it is certain that college football and NFL fans are excited about the prospects of Hunter in the league and believe he looked very comfortable entering one of the most hostile places for pros to play.
Before that, however, the Buffaloes are looking to improve their win total to nine today, something that could end up seeing them improve to first place in the Big 12 Conference at the end of this week’s action. Hunter has 74 receptions on the campaign, amassing 911 yards and nine touchdowns in the process.
