Simone Biles once again proved she’s as much a showstopper off the mat as she is on it. During Thursday Night Football, the Olympic legend made heads turn when she arrived at Soldier Field in a custom outfit to support her husband, Chicago Bears safety Jonathan Owens.
Designed by Kelly Daley, Biles’ ensemble featured Owens’ jersey number, 36, and images of him in his Bears uniform. It was paired with a chic Chanel purse and stylish white booties.

Biles dazzled on the sidelines, but the Bears struggled on the field. Seattle edged out Chicago in a slugging 6-3 game. This was Chicago’s 10th consecutive loss. However, fans couldn’t help but chime in on Biles’ standout outfit. One fan joked, “Can she play strong safety?”

Another criticized the game’s low scoreline, saying, “Her fiancé scored as many touchdowns as anyone on the field last night!!”
“Way to represent… #Owens,” said one more.
One user on X (formerly known as Twitter) didn’t agree with Biles’ fashion sense, saying, “Thats so freaking cringy.”
One more commented, “That is one hell of an outfit. Very nice.”
“Little lady is dynamite We love you Simone,” tweeted another.
Biles revealed her unique approach to her game-day style. “I reach out to some of the creators that make the apparel, and I have no ideas. I let them kind of freeball it, and I say, ‘Surprise me.’ And then that’s how I piece them together,” she shared in an interview on Tuesday.
“Yes. My favorite one so far is one that I haven’t worn yet, and I’m wearing it to Thursday’s game,” Biles added before treating fans with her customized look on TNF. The Olympian’s fashion-forward game-day appearance added something to watch to an otherwise forgettable game for Chicago.

Rookie quarterback Caleb Williams faced relentless pressure, suffering seven sacks and managing just 122 passing yards with a season-low passer rating of 53.0. Chicago’s offensive line, although missing key starters, failed to protect Williams, who spent much of the night scrambling.
The Bears, however, will need more than sideline support to end their season on a high note. For now, fans can only talk about Biles bringing star power and style to Soldier Field, even if the team’s performance leaves much to be desired.
