Bucky (as he’s fondly called) couldn’t hide his frustration over Shedeur being excluded from the Heisman finalist list. “Shedeur the First college football player to be blackballed,” he posted on X (formerly known as Twitter).
However, fans disagreed with Sanders Jr.’s view of Shedeur being “blackballed.” One user shot back, “Just hold the camera bro,” advising Sanders Jr. to focus on his work at Well Off Media.

Others questioned Shedeur’s skills, with one fan commenting, “Sorry but his talent is culminated…once outside of his dad’s grasp he will suffer in the competition and be dogged throughout his pro career..can’t take family into NFL..all pure talent and honestly has not shown skills needed against defenses in NFL and be success at it.”

While fans don’t agree with Bucky’s view, they can’t deny Shedeur’s achievements this season. He led the Buffs to a 9-3 record, won the Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year, and claimed the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award.
