$150M-Worth YouTube Star Trolls Kyle Larson’s Dominant Bristol Victory With 2-Word Jibe

It wasn’t famine but rather a feast for Hendrick Motorsports ace Kyle Larson at Bristol Motor Speedway. The No. 5 racer pushed friend/rival Denny Hamlin to second place to secure his second win of the season after Homestead-Miami.

Larson’s dominant win left his endorsement partner, Logan Paul, ecstatic, prompting the social media influencer/YouTuber to take a friendly dig at him.

The Hendrick Motorsports driver’s victory left no questions unanswered. Even Hamlin was singing praise, acknowledging the 32-year-old’s greatness after his three-peat got squashed by Larson.

During the post-race press conference, Hamlin said, “Yeah, we really did, but you’ve got to give that team their due and [Kyle Larson] his due. Just a dominant performance. You know, looked like pretty flawless day for him, so it looked pretty easy. It was all I had to try to keep up there.”

Larson dominated the field for 411 laps out of the total 500 and redeemed himself with an emphatic win. He also racked up another win on Saturday’s Xfinity Series contest, again showing his mettle.

Now that’s two out of three for Larson, who set out for a triple sweep at Bristol, to emulate the great Kyle Busch. Despite falling short of that, the 2021 Cup Series champion’s Bristol Cup run earned a lot of praise.

Taking things to Instagram, Logan Paul posted a story picture of the Hendrick Motorsports driver in the victory lane, tagging him with the caption “Prime Curse,” followed by a couple of laughing emojis. Larson can be seen holding a Prime bottle in his hand while his crew celebrates his massive win.

In essence, Paul’s poke was nothing but sarcasm at its peak, suggesting that the Hendrick Motorsports speedster won despite having the “Prime Curse.” For the ill-informed, “Prime Curse” refers to the downfall of sports entities after they sign with Paul’s brand, Prime. Founded by Paul and English influencer KSI in 2022, the brand has exploded in popularity.

What started as a hydration drink has now become a lifestyle brand, captivating the youth thanks to the brand’s vibrant aesthetics, viral campaigns, and celebrity endorsements. Larson is their gateway to the motorsports world. They’ve even launched a special Kyle Larson edition bottle to entice young NASCAR fans to pick up their product.

The 32-year-old has been associated with the brand since 2021, with the driver himself revealing it in sleek fashion before the Chili Bowls. But their entry into NASCAR came last year when Paul and Co. agreed to endorse Larson’s racing campaigns.

This move has placed the Elk Grove native in the same league as other high-profile athletes like NFL star Patrick Mahomes and WWE’s Cody Rhodes, who are also backed by Prime.
