NASCAR Icon Tony Stewart and Wife Leah Pruett Take the Wheel To Inspire Racing’s Next Era

Motorsport power couple Tony Stewart and Leah Pruett are set to headline one of the industry’s most anticipated gatherings this December. The three-time NASCAR Cup Series champion, team owner, and NHRA competitor, alongside his wife, a 12-time NHRA Top Fuel event winner, will be featured speakers at the 6th Annual Race Industry Week, scheduled for December 1– 4, 2025.

Hosted virtually, the event will feature four days of live, interactive webinars with some of the biggest names in global motorsport. From team owners, engineers, and sponsors to sanctioning body executives and promoters, Race Industry Week has become a must-attend platform for knowledge sharing, collaboration, and forward-thinking dialogue across every corner of the racing industry.

The 2025 edition of Race Industry Week will focus on the evolving landscape of motorsport, encompassing technological innovation, sustainability, driver development, digital engagement, and team management.

With its growing reputation as the sport’s “ultimate virtual paddock,” the event continues to unite professionals and enthusiasts eager to learn from the best in the business.

Stewart’s participation underscores his continued influence across multiple racing disciplines. After retiring from full-time NASCAR competition, Stewart transitioned seamlessly into ownership, building Tony Stewart Racing into a multi-platform operation that competes in both NHRA and dirt track series, such as the World of Outlaws.

In 2024, Stewart stepped up to the NHRA Top Fuel Dragster ranks, claiming the Rookie of the Year title and finishing ninth in the championship standings. Now in 2025, Stewart has officially joined the winners’ club at drag racing’s highest level, earning his first Top Fuel victory at Las Vegas in April, marking a remarkable evolution from stock cars to straight-line speed.

Stewart’s wife, Pruett, one of NHRA’s most recognizable stars, has spent over a decade blazing a trail for women in the motorsports industry. With 12 career Top Fuel victories, she has earned respect for her fierce competitiveness and technical understanding of the sport. She’s also an advocate for increasing female representation in racing, from grassroots programs to professional ranks.

Together, Stewart and Pruett embody both the legacy and the future of motorsport, balancing championship experience with a forward-thinking vision for the next generation of racers.

In addition to the Stewarts, the event will include speakers from Formula E, IndyCar, NHRA, NASCAR, Ford Racing, and WEC, alongside engineers, data specialists, and business leaders from across the motorsport supply chain.

Now in its sixth year, Race Industry Week has grown from a niche conference into a global motorsport think tank. Its virtual format allows viewers from around the world to watch discussions and access exclusive technical and business insights from industry veterans.

For Stewart and Pruett, their appearance is more than a speaking engagement; it’s an opportunity to give back to the sport and inspire those who dream of following in their tyre tracks.
