In fact, the aforementioned top-five finish came recently on Thursday at NWB when he outgunned veterans like Josh Berry, Spencer Davis, etc, for a stellar P3 finish. While the young racer’s performance earned well-deserved praise, it was his composure and character in the post-race interview that really stood out.
Reacting to his win, he said, “It’s very cool. They’re very good mentors and learners for me. Like, just to see how they drive the car, and it’s very fun, and I learn a lot,” giving credit to his veteran competitors.
