JR Motorsports hosted an intense, adventure-filled Easter celebration this week, which captured the essence of its racing environment. Dale Earnhardt Jr.’s sister and JRM co-owner, Kelley Earnhardt-Miller, recently gave fans a sneak peek into the annual tradition that has become a highlight for her employees.
On her X and Instagram profiles, Earnhardt-Miller posted a video of JRM staff dashing across the facility in search of hidden Easter eggs, each one filled with a mystery prize. From engine techs to office staff, the competition was fierce and fast, mirroring the intensity usually reserved for NASCAR race days.
JR Motorsports Keeps It Fun and Fast on Easter
Earnhardt Jr. and Earnhardt-Miller founded JR Motorsports in 2005. Since then, the team has become a competitive staple in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. With four full-time entries and one part-time entry, plus a part-time Cup Series car with reigning Xfinity champion Justin Allgaier behind the wheel, the team thrives on discipline and performance. But behind the horsepower is a culture that celebrates people and holidays.
This year’s Easter celebration proved no different. Prizes ranged from $100 cash to lunch coupons and candies. Kelley shared in her tweet the chaos and laughter that she filmed, as employees scrambled with baskets in hand.
Kelley captioned her tweet as well as the Instagram post: “Our employee Easter Egg Hunt is always a favorite of mine! We had a great day and another successful hunt.”

She posted the moment on her Instagram story, congratulating her team on their prize wins and pairing it with a heartfelt message of appreciation.
“For those that won money, congrats! For those that got candy, try harder next time.”

For a moment, air guns and race calls were swapped for candies and golden eggs.
Kelley Earnhardt-Miller Reflected on Continuing Family Legacy in NASCAR
The 2025 NASCAR Cup Series season begins with a major return from Earnhardt Jr. and Earnhardt-Miller, who now lead their team from the ownership position. Allgaier drove the No. 40 Chevy Camaro ZL1 for the sibling duo at the Daytona 500 on February 16 as JR Motorsports made its NASCAR Cup Series debut at “The Great American Race.”
Earnhardt-Miller appeared on SiriusXM NASCAR Radio (Channel 90) ahead of JRM’s debut and spoke about maintaining the Earnhardt family’s heritage in the racing world. In the interview, she expressed her belief that fans deserve special attention, saying, “Most of all, I feel like we owe it to the fans. We owe it to the fans of the sport to continue what really my dad [Dale Earnhardt Sr.] built in his time.
“That’s really when the sport gained its wings and just went flying through and growing. There’s a responsibility for us to kind of continue to carry that on. I hope my kids are paying attention and they want to do the same thing when I’m too old to do this.”
