Jackson Holliday and Wife Chloe Turn Up the Romance in Their Sun-Soaked Getaway to California

At the major league level, Jackson Holliday has witnessed it all. He has attended All-Star events, a World Series, and a lot of postseason games. Throughout the majors, he has been in and out of clubhouses.

As the son of seven-time All-Star Matt Holliday, he accomplished all of that. He was essentially raised in the clubhouse. Now, as an MLB player for the Baltimore Orioles, he gets to do all the above, including making some noise on the field.

Through his games, his biggest supporter, Chloe Holliday, is with him. On December 28, 2022, Jackson Holliday revealed on Instagram that he and his girlfriend, Chloe Cox, were engaged. She published pictures of their January wedding along with the date, which was January 6, 2024.

The Hollidays Are Living Up to Their Name

To get some relaxation and time away from the hustle and bustle of the game, the Hollidays took a small vacation in California this weekend. Chloe posted a number of stories on Instagram showing what her vacation is looking like.

In the same series, Chloe also posted a selfie of her and Holliday cozying up under the California sun. While these two lovebirds have a great time at the California beach, things are not going great for Holliday’s team. There are a lot of things about the Baltimore Orioles that are difficult to be thrilled about at the moment.

They started the season as a club that was predicted to qualify for the playoffs with ease, but they have struggled in almost every aspect of the game and have been the complete opposite of that thus far.

The team is essentially at the conclusion of the season’s first quarter, with a 15–24 record going into the week. Only three teams have gotten off to a worse start this season than the Orioles, who currently sit in last place in the American League East.

Despite being too little, too late, Jackson Holliday’s rise is encouraging for the future. With 122 plate appearances in 34 games, he has increased his batting line for the season to .264/.336/.409 with four home runs, 12 RBI, and a 117 OPS+.

Many have started to demand that the second baseman be in the lineup every day as a result. Holliday establishing his rhythm at the plate is a huge boon for the future, even though it might seem like the Orioles are having a lost season.

However, even though he is playing well, the team still needs a lot of help. The rotation is currently a mess with injuries and ineffective performances. Furthermore, a lot of key hitters are in significant slumps at this point.
