Francisco Lindor’s Wife Katia Celebrates 4x All-Star Husband’s Stellar Performance That Powered Mets’ 7-Game Win Streak

The New York Mets have jumped out of the gates, firing on all cylinders. As of April 25, the Mets are 18-7 and in control of the National League East, at least for the time being.

The addition of Juan Soto – who inked a 15-year, $765 million deal – was a big one. The return of Pete Alonso was also another big boost to the lineup. But, Francisco Lindor coming forward and becoming a massive threat was another big positive for this team.

In January 2021, the Mets acquired Lindor in a deal with the Cleveland Guardians in exchange for INF Andrés Giménez, INF Amed Rosario, RHP Josh Wolf, and OF Isaiah Greene. The Mets then handed Lindor a 10-year contract worth $341 million, as owner Steve Cohen did not hesitate to spend cash.

So far in 2025, Lindor has a .309 average with five home runs and 14 RBI, and he had a huge footprint in the Mets’ win over the Philadelphia Phillies on April 23 that gave them their seventh straight win.

On April 23, Lindor went 2-for-4 at the plate with a walk and a run scored as he once again was a key part of the team’s success.

With the Phillies up 3-2, Lindor was the runner who began at second in the bottom of the 10th given MLB’s rules.

He advanced to third on a groundout by Soto, and Lindor came home to tie the game as Alonso had the RBI double.

As such, Lindor’s numbers during the Mets 7-game streak improved to 14-for-20 with four home runs and eight RBI, and his wife has the perfect celebration on Instagram.

Katia Lindor had her husband’s seven-game slash line screenshotted from the MLB, then she posted another photo of her husband with a caption in Spanish.

“La bestia human! El capitan,” with a montage and series of Lindor highlight plays that was posted by the MLB account.

It’s quite the run for Lindor, who had an honest remark about his start earlier in the month: “That’s a fantastic question. I’m sure everyone’s asking that and I’m sure everyone’s trying to figure it out, and I’m right there with everyone. I don’t know.”

So, Francisco Lindor’s wife has every right to be happy given the way he has started the year and the record the Mets have.

The Mets face the Washington Nationals for four games on the road before returning home to face the Arizona Diamondbacks.
