Former New York Yankees infielder Alex Rodriguez‘s girlfriend, Jaclyn Cordeiro, has been a self-made and successful dietitian, transformational expert, and fitness trainer/model. She resides in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, where she has spent all of her childhood and most of her adulthood. Cordeiro is the founder of the JACFIT and the 5 AM Club fitness programs.
Cordeiro actively promotes the importance of keeping a sound mind and a healthy body by working out regularly and complementing the exercise routine with a well-balanced nutritional diet.
Jaclyn Cordeiro Shares an Impactful Workout Routine To Build a Strong Core
On Thursday, Cordeiro shared a workout video in which she gave details regarding a short 10-minute Pilates workout session that can speed up achieving your desired waistline. In the video post, the Canadian fitness model can be heard saying, “Hey guys, the next time you are short on time, try this 10-minute full-body Pilates workout. Find yourself a reformer table, try these three different exercises, and put them on repeat.”
She further continues, “Now, depending on what your desired physical goal is, you might want to place more emphasis on that particular muscle group. But this is a great full-body workout, especially when you are short on time.” The caption on the social media post read, “Only 10 minutes? Babe, that’s all I need to snatch a soul and a waistline.

Cordeiro has been dating Rodriguez since 2022, when the duo first met each other as she assisted the three-time MVP with his workout routine. Since then, the duo has been spotted together in public multiple times, especially during basketball games.
This year, in addition to watching many of the Minnesota Timberwolves’ games at Target Center, the couple watched the Big East conference finals at Madison Square Garden in March. They also watched another T-Wolves game against the Philadelphia 76ers at Wells Fargo Center.
A-Rod most recently attended the Sport Beach event in Cannes, FR, on the sidelines of the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity and met with some of the greats from various sporting fields.

On Thursday, Rodriguez shared a couple of highlights from the 2025 Sport Beach event on his Instagram story. One of the stories had the 14-time All-Star sharing the frame with Spain football and FC Barcelona legend Gerard Piqué, while the other was an image of the former Yankees slugger himself.
