Week 3 of the NFL regular season is here, and there’s already a lot of importance going into every single game. One of the more notable games to watch this week is the Detroit Lions traveling to face the Arizona Cardinals — an improved Cardinals team and a Lions squad looking to get back to where they were last year.

However, some injuries are being dealt with, and other guys will be inactive. What is each team’s injury report looking like and what are the starting lineups?

On the Lions’ side of things, they’re weak in terms of defensive backfield depth. Both rookie CB Ennis Rakestraw Jr. and veteran safety Ifeatu Melifonwu were ruled out ahead of Sunday. As well, starting CB Terrion Arnold entered Sunday questionable.

In addition, starting linebacker Alex Anzalone was also questionable entering the day, dealing with a concussion throughout the week.

For Arizona, the only guy they had questionable coming into the day was wide receiver Greg Dortch, dealing with a hamstring injury. Besides that, the team is pretty much good to go.

Overall, this matchup doesn’t appear to be impacted too heavily by injury.
