Kylie Kelce, host of the “Not Gonna Lie” podcast and wife of former Philadelphia Eagles eight-time All-Pro center Jason Kelce, has had a busy week. She recorded a recent episode of her podcast just two days after giving birth to the couple’s fourth child.
During the episode, Kylie opened up about her birthing experience and credited her husband with being “a pretty great support person.”

Kylie Kelce Records Podcast Episode 2 Days After Giving Birth
In a promotional clip for the latest episode of the “Not Gonna Lie” podcast, Kylie teased that she’d be joined by a “special guest.” That guest turned out to be her newborn daughter, Finnley Anne Kelce, who rested on her mom’s shoulder as the video continued.
“Not gonna lie, I have a very special guest joining me on the podcast this week,” Kylie said. The clip then cut to her holding her baby. “Ta-da! That’s right. I just had my baby literally two days ago, and now I’m recording a podcast about it. A lot of people have asked me if I’m crazy—maybe.”
Kylie’s newborn stayed with her for the entire episode, which was a hit with fans of the show.
Kylie Credits Her Husband, Jason Kelce, for His Support During the Big Day
Kylie gave her husband props for stepping up in the delivery room, including his surprisingly skilled cord-cutting technique.
“Jason did cut the cord. I will say this, when he cut the cord, it was as if he has cut three other cords, ’cause he went into that. He knew how difficult it was gonna be—if you know, you know. Snip, snip, done. It was impressive.”
Still, she couldn’t resist poking a little fun at the one-time NFL standout.
“I don’t want to give Jason too much credit,” she joked, laughing at the idea that her husband deserved praise during childbirth.
It wasn’t just cord-cutting where Jason delivered. As expected from a former Super Bowl-winning team captain, the Eagles legend made sure his wife had everything she needed.
“He does a great job [of] getting water and ice. He checks in with me on a regular basis. He’s not, like, standing over me, trying to figure out what he can do.”
There was one small miss, though.
“Jason didn’t bring an air mattress. I was actually very surprised about that. But he did bring his fan — and he didn’t fan it on me.”
