The Steelers are 1-5 over the last two seasons when Pickett has more than 30 pass attempts (Pickett had 46 pass attempts in Week 1 vs. San Francisco).
Pickett Best Bet
Week 1 could not have gone much worse for Kenny Pickett and the Steelers, who were embarrassed at home by the 49ers, 30-7. Pickett, whose passer rating of 68.4 was the fourth lowest of his career (minimum: 10 offensive snaps). He also averaged just 5.0 yards per pass attempt (third-lowest in his career) and was sacked five times (third-most in his career).

In addition, Picket’s two interceptions last week marked the third time in his career he’s thrown multiple interceptions in a game. The Steelers are 0-3 in those games.
While the Browns used to be the team that cured whatever ailed opponents, that doesn’t appear to be the case anymore. Cleveland completely shut down Joe Burrow in its Week 1 win over the Bengals.
For the Steelers to keep it close tonight, they’ll need a much more complete game, which means fewer passes for Pickett. Pittsburgh is 6-0 when Pickett starts and throws 30 or fewer passes in a game (does not include the loss to the Ravens in Week 14 last year, when Pickett was injured after eight snaps).
So, the play here will be the under on Pickett’s pass attempts.
Kenny Pickett’s Best Bet: Under 30.5 pass attempts (-105 at DraftKings)
