According to ESPN’s Field Yates, Allen is simply sore but did not suffer an injury that would cause him to miss any time.

Late in the fourth quarter of the game, Allen was replaced by backup quarterback Mitchell Trubisky against the Ravens.
Following the big hit on Allen in the third quarter, the QB returned for Buffalo’s next two drives. In those two offensive possessions, the Bills gained just 40 total yards and missed a field goal attempt as the Ravens pulled away with the victory.
Given that the Ravens were up 35-10, it was the right decision for the Bills to sit Allen late in the fourth quarter. With the game well out of reach, Buffalo smartly played it safe with the team’s franchise quarterback.
What Happened to Josh Allen?
The Bills were rallying back against the Ravens in the third quarter and may have gotten a bit too fancy. Buffalo called a trick play involving a direct snap to wide receiver Curtis Samuel and a pitch to Allen.
Baltimore’s defense didn’t fall for Buffalo’s trickery and sniffed out the play. Allen was hit by multiple defenders, ultimately fumbling the ball while the Ravens recovered. Both Allen and Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid were injured on the play.

Allen removed his helmet and was being evaluated by Buffalo’s training staff on the sideline. Check back for updates on Allen’s status against the Ravens on Sunday night.
Allen slammed his tablet on the ground and loosened his throwing shoulder but returned on the team’s next drive.
Fantasy Analysis for Allen’s Potential Injury
In a year where very few QBs are reliable, one thing has been certain: Josh Allen. It would be an unmitigated disaster for the Bills offense if Allen had to miss any time.
The only fantasy-relevant WR on the Bills is Khalil Shakir. If Mitch Trubisky is forced into action, Shakir would no longer be startable. It would further downgrade the already diminished value of Dalton Kincaid.
Allen is the Bills offense. There is no salvaging the situation if he’s out for an extended period of time. Fantasy managers just need to hope Allen is fine.
