While Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter steal the headlines and are at the forefront of NFL Draft discussions, another Colorado wide receiver prospect is expected to join the NFL in 2025. Jimmy Horn Jr. is set to join the league in April, but his dating life might be the most well-known thing about him at the moment.
Is Jimmy Horn Jr. Dating Anyone in 2025?
Horn’s love life is a mystery as far as public knowledge is concerned, but there are layers to dive into. In 2024, Essentially Sports reported in a July 25, 2024, article that Horn was dating a woman named Brynn.
Horn has gone out of his way to attempt to keep his private life under wraps.
“I believe in keeping my personal life private. My main focus is on my career and achieving my goals,” he reportedly had said.
However, rumors about another woman have swirled around the Colorado wide receiver.
Dating Rumors Connecting Horn and Sydney Sweeney
Horn was rumored to be romantically involved with Sydney Sweeney, the viral Spokane, Wash., native who has starred in projects like “Euphoria” and “Madam Web.” The rumors seemingly began as a result of the 27-year-old actress being spotted with the wide receiver prospect in 2024, according to rumors.
However, there does not seem to be evidence supporting a rumored relationship between the two.
Horn’s NFL Draft Projection for 2025
The Colorado Buffaloes’ wide receiver can flex that he played with Sanders and Hunter, but Horn is expected to be drafted late in the 2025 NFL Draft, perhaps during Day 3. The wide receiver prospect’s selling point is his 2023 season when he earned 567 yards, 58 catches, and six touchdowns.
Outside of that, he had a relatively down college career. Of course, that isn’t to say that Hunter didn’t soak up the targets to a level that hurt the wide receiver’s production. But in terms of production, it’s a tough sell.
Horn spent two years with the South Florida Bulls before spending another pair with the Buffaloes. All four years were roughly the same in terms of production, with zero 1,000-yard seasons, zero 10-touchdown performances, and more questions than answers.
As it stands, the wide receiver is set to begin his career as a backup with some upside, considering he played in Hunter’s shadow. Teams in need, like the Los Angeles Chargers or New England Patriots, who could end up missing out on filling up the wide receiver room with young talent, are the ones likely to take a swing.
